The mission of AVANCE - El Paso is to help young families break the cycle of poverty through early childhood development, parenting, adult literacy and healthy marriages. We serve over 2,250 parents and children annually at ten sites across El Paso county and one site in Chaparral, New Mexico. We are governed by a local Board of Directors and funded by public and private grants, contributions, and the United Way.
